The non copper coated OK AristoRod 69 is a low-alloyed, chromium-nickel-molybdenum (0,3% Cr, 1,4% Ni, 0,25% Mo), solid wire for GMAW of high tensile strength steels requiring tough weld metal for critical applications. Also suitable when high impact strength at lower temperatures is required. The AristoRod wires are suitable for operating at high currents with maintained disturbance free wire feeding giving a stable arc with a low amount of spatter.

- BÖHLER Q 71 RC from Böhler Welding offers a perfect welding wire for highest productivity to fabricators. It features user-friendly welding characteristics in all positions, with one diameter and same parameter settings. The BÖHLER Q 71 RC is characterized by highest productivity and provides significant savings in time and economical aspects when used for positional welding. Additional features of this wire are excellent bead appearance, low amount of spatter and easy slag removal. In particular, at the lower parameter range and welding of very thin plates or during the root run, with or without ceramic backing, the welding arc is still very stable and easy to control. This filler material allows fabricators to enter a new era in productive, high quality welding.

UTP ROBOTIC 600 is a seamless, chromium-alloyed, metal-cored wire for wear-resistant hardfacing applications on parts subject to
a combination of pressure, impact and abrasion wear. Very good weldability in comparison to solid wires, good resistance to abrasion,
minimized slag formation with easy slag removal. Thanks to its constant wire feed and excellent weldability, this wire is especially suited
for automated welding.
Field of use: cutting tools, esp. cutting edges of presses in ceramic tiles production, jaw crushers, baffle plates
